HIGH SOCIETY LUXE CO. — RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At High Society Luxe Co., our goal is to make sure every customer feels confident, valued, and well taken care of. If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’ll do everything we can to make it better.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you believe you received a defective item or need to initiate an exchange, contact us within 5 days of delivery at:

RETURN & EXCHANGE GUIDELINES

Eligibility

  • Exchanges are accepted on handbags only, and items must be unused, in the same condition received, and include all original packaging.

  • Shoes, jewelry, and accessories are FINAL SALE — no returns or exchanges.

  • Items purchased with any personalization or customization are FINAL SALE.

  • Clearance items and sale items are FINAL SALE.

Timeframe

  • All exchanges/returns must be received within 15 days from:

    • The date your order was delivered OR

    • The date on an approved return label
      No exceptions.

Condition Requirements

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Unused

  • Free of odors, stains, or damage

  • Returned with all dust bags, boxes, protective wrapping, hardware covers, tags, and packaging

If an item arrives to us damaged or used, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping to have the item sent back.

Packaging Responsibility

All items must be packaged securely.

Damage caused by insufficient packaging (including crushed boxes, missing dust bags, bent hardware, etc.) will result in additional charges or denial of the exchange.

REFUNDS, FEES & SHIPPING COSTS

  • Exchanges are preferred; however, if a refund is approved, a 3–5% restocking fee will be applied.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our end.

  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping.

  • If High Society Luxe Co. provides a prepaid return label:

    • A non-refundable $10–$15 label fee will be deducted from the refund total.

    • Labels are valid for 10 days. Expired labels will require the customer to pay full postage.

Processing Time

Please allow 3–5 business days for the HSL team to process your return or exchange once it arrives.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders must be changed or canceled within 4 hours of purchase.

  • After 4 hours, orders begin processing and cannot be canceled or modified.

MANUFACTURER WARRANTY

Most items come with a 30-day manufacturer warranty for defects related to craftsmanship.

After 30 days, the customer is fully responsible for:

  • Natural wear and tear

  • Damage from personal use

  • Improper care or handling

HSL does not cover wear, scuffs, scratches, or damage caused after normal use.
