Once processed, shipping time is up to 14 business days.

TRACKING INFORMATION

Delays in tracking movement are occasionally normal during carrier processing.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

Packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier
If an issue arises, we recommend contacting USPS or UPS directly to initiate a claim. We will assist where possible.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged:
Take clear photos of the packaging and item.

We will review and respond promptly.
