At High Society Luxe Co., we work hard to ensure your luxury pieces arrive quickly, safely, and beautifully packaged. Please review the information below, including temporary updates to processing times.

IMPORTANT SHIPPING UPDATE (Effective October–December 2025)

Due to holiday volume, carrier delays, and international transit slowdowns, please expect the following temporary changes:

  • Add an additional 10–15 days to all standard processing times.

  • Tariff/customs fees may apply, and customers are responsible for payment.

  • If your order reaches the 30-day mark without movement, you may request a refund.

  • Refunds cannot be issued before the 30-day mark.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for tracking to become available after your payment has fully cleared.

Thank you for your patience during this seasonal delay period.

STANDARD PROCESSING TIMES

  • Regular domestic processing: 3–7 business days

  • During the October–December delay window: 13–22 business days

  • Pre-orders, customized items, and high-demand products may require additional processing.

You will receive:

  1. An order confirmation email

  2. A tracking email once your order leaves our facility

TRACKING INFORMATION

  • After tracking is issued, it may take several days to update or show movement.

  • This is normal during bulk pickups and carrier slowdowns.

  • Tracking is only issued once the item leaves our warehouse.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

10–15 days after tracking first activates.

Average shipping time is approximately 15 days via FedEx, DHL, USPS, or UPS.

High Society Luxe Co. partners with global distribution centers, depending on the product ordered.

Your order may ship from:

  • The United States

  • Europe

  • Asia

Transit times remain consistent regardless of origin.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

Orders may be shipped through:

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • DHL

Carrier choice is based on speed, safety, and availability.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details.

High Society Luxe Co. is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages due to incorrect addresses

  • Delivery errors caused by the carrier

  • Packages marked “Delivered” but not received

If your item is lost, you must file a claim with the carrier.

We will assist when possible, but replacements are not guaranteed.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & FEES

International orders may incur:

  • Customs fees

  • Taxes

Customers are fully responsible for these charges.

DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the item, packaging, and label

  2. Email us within 48 hours at shop@highsocietyluxeco.com

We will review and assist accordingly.

SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION

High-value orders may require a signature upon delivery to ensure safe receipt.
